When Mr. Brosseau opened its business in 1961, it was a service centre. Mr. Brosseau, recent electronics graduate at Teccart, took care himself of the repairs.

With the years, the repair business, while pursuing its activities, slowly shifted and the sales and advice area became more and more important.

Today, even if our sales and advice area became prevalent, service and repairs are always a part of the store’s DNA.

For brosseau.ca, the repair stays a part of the after sales service that we want to offer to our customers investing in quality equipment.

Repair estimate

Also note that it is impossible for us to issue an estimate without having the device in our hands.

1- We are asking $75 (including taxes) for an estimate. This amount is deductible of the repair.

2- Please allow 10 to 14 days for the issuance of the estimate.

3- Subsequently, the repair time depends on the availability of the parts.

4- If a part is not available or if the estimate is rejected, the amount received will be used to pay the technician. However, brosseau.ca commits to apply half of the amount on an immediate purchase.

5- Following our call, you will have a maximum of 90 days to pick up your repaired device. Beyond this time period, if we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to dispose of your device at our discretion and without further formalities.

6- All our repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty.
